VLSI are you getting cut? cuz I'm failing miserably. I think my goal is less so to get cut then it is to document every thing i eat on myfitnesspal. then we'll go from there
Cut? No not yet. Pretty sure I'm making progress just based on mirror, haven't taken progress pics in a while. I had a couple good weeks, followed by a couple bad weeks (not horrible, but not going to lose weight), and currently back on track. Tracking weight can be problematic... I think I need to start tracking my fiber too
