Just found one of those plate loaded power runners on craigslist for a pretty great price. I didn't even know I needed one of these before finding it. What to do rhet? Unique piece that won't pop up too frequently...

They are usually for injury prevention and joint support when benching or pressing heavy, at least that's what I used to use them for anyway.

^ Yeah pretty much
As the weight gets heavier, your wrists can collapse backwards (unless you're really concentrating on keeping it flexed) during pressing movements which wraps helps prevent. They also put some pressure on your flexors so it helps to grip a little tighter as well

That's pretty funny Jarude, my 7 year old brother does similar things when he sees me.

RHET brahs with tattoos, is it a smart idea to get inked while bulking? Would the tat stretch and deform with all dem gains or is it safe?

Also what's the protocol for going to the gym after getting one? Does one wait for it to heal. This is going on my triceps if that matters at all

I was 80lbs lighter when I got my sleeve done. Nothing stretched out. Although I got it done by a tattoo artist that had a 2 year waiting list, so he might of just packed that ink in real nice.

Unless you plan on going from rail thin to rich piana you're not going to stretch it that much.

Good to know. Also, is it a good idea to get it done in the summer, where I spend a lot of time outdoors? Or should I simply wait till next season so I don't fade out the fresh ink right away?
^^ you need to keep it covered for a bit when fresh, but once it's healed you should be using spf 60 for the rest of your life. ^^

Lost 5 lbs and i can't figure out why ffffuuuu.gif

Its sad how bad this volume destroys me, but I guess since I've never worked this way it makes sense.
