Time to wife her. I would have gotten out right there and got down atg and proposed to her.
yeah, but women's health got to her . i lift my way, she works out her way. she does lots of classes, and circuit-y girl workouts, etc. last time we lifted, she was squatting 115 for reps.
if we end up together and she ever asks the moment "i knew," i'm going to tell her it was this lol
Something is really weird. My lifts are going up on my cut. Maybe it's the creatine and beta alanine? I also added machines as accessory. I did also have a refeed the day before
I bumped up my bench to 185 from 175 and told my spotter I'm aiming for 6 and hopefully 8. I ended up doing a set of 11 and a set of 10.
If you are getting enough protein and minimizing your muscle loss it's not uncommon, especially if you are only a few weeks in, I was also the same, being in a great mindset also helps rather than "I'm so weak right now 'cause I'm dieting"
I presume you are doing SS, do your loads vary over the week? It's still brutal nonetheless.
I don't know if it is only a recent thing, but I see a lot more Crossfit WODs that are 5x3, 5x5 or 5x1 of a compound movement, testing for a max, could be an attribute to gaining some strength gains while still on a Crossfit routine.
We normally do 10-15min warm up, 20-30 oly. lifts or flexibility and the rest is a WOD.
