Was squatting tonight, on my 3rd set I strained something and it just does not feel right. I tried to finish out my set but it hurt too much, and I left before finishing tonight's routine.
It's on my right side, right above my glute, but right below my belly button. On my back obviously, not front side. Pain is radiating down to leg and feels sharper when I walk, rather dull when stationary.
Wtf have I done?
