I usually take all my supps(creatine, multi, fish oil, zinc and mag) with lunch..which ends up being post exercise.

^ I've seen that video awhile back, but I still can't believe the clamps that they use for the bars. Also, I feel bad for the people as they don't know any better. If they feel that they are getting their monies worth, than I guess it isn't so bad (Other than bad form).

Day 1 of IASBPR was pretty good. Squat is still low at about 225 lbs 3x5 but it will go up fast.... However, when I benched last week I was doing 265 lbs 3x6. I can press 225lbs froms starting from my chest. The thing is, I have pretty strong legs so it must be a height thing.

Was squatting tonight, on my 3rd set I strained something and it just does not feel right. I tried to finish out my set but it hurt too much, and I left before finishing tonight's routine.

It's on my right side, right above my glute, but right below my belly button. On my back obviously, not front side. Pain is radiating down to leg and feels sharper when I walk, rather dull when stationary.

Wtf have I done?
