WTF IS THIS SHIT?

I have a funny video of me doing crossfit when I was like 137lbs.

I like giving my crossfit friends on Facebook shit. Like when they pics of them deadlifting 185 with a mixed grip and ask them why they are reverse gripping anything under 400lbs.

didn't get as sweet race photos as last time, but still pretty cool.

I do CF and have for a couple years, I seen more results in a couple of months of CF, than a year of going to the gym on my own.

CF has existed for years and years before the name got trademarked and the exercises are very similar to football and racer car drivers work outs.

I think Danish CF gyms/boxes/whatever they are called, are a lot different from American ones, as I've only seen two motivational quotes and no ones yells motivational shit at you (thankfully).

Regarding trainers, all I've come across have seemed very competent and all come from various sports (Volleyball, Gymnast etc), so they seem a lot more knowledgeable than trainers at a gym, who went to PT school for a week and have thighs as I have arms.

I'm not a team player at any level (got a lot of grief for that at school), so organized sports have never been my cup of tea, so no I don't play ball or anything.

http://www.mindbodygreen.com/0-5205/What-to-Do-After-Eating-Badly.html

Sister posted this on fb and it's made me sad. Tried to set her on the right path, had her lift with me for a little while and she managed to pull 90kg for a few reps without a belt at a body weight of like 110lb or something, but now she's on the women "fitness"

"Be honest. What was the reason you ate whatever it was that has you feeling gross now? Was it in response to a stressful situation? Were you bored? Did you feel pressure to eat what everyone else was eating? Figure it out. Write it down. Understand the why."

Please someone help me understand why i'm about to go to the fridge to get some ice cream. It must be because I'm having some bad feels and not because i'm doing some prebloating for tomorrows squat sesh.

After a good training session I honestly feel like I took 3 huge bong rips and chugged a liter of Jack.

Just feeling good as fuck and elated, ready to go out tonight to slay some tourist beach puss that always invades my town in the summer (I ain't complaining)

Last week some 40 year old stunningly hot cougar was trying to get me to go home with her, I went outside to confer with friends, and by the time I came back in she was gone. Feltbadman, i'm sure the opportunity will strike again though.

sorry... my sarcasm/joke detector is pretty weak. I, however, am extremely cut and powerful (haha...lol8[1].gif). I hear you though. Those cross fit gym are just more expensive regular gyms with the addition of fire hoses, large tires and ropes of all sorts. The one down in Venice is absolutely ridiculous as it looks right out onto the street with all these people looking "cool" while they are working out. LOL... and yes it's absurdly expensive.

as for that crabwalking thing I knew a training fanatic back in Cincinnati (whose youtube videos I now cannot find) who did all these crazy outdoor, urban environment exercises. He loved doing forward and then reverse crabwalks up and down the stairs in the local high school football stadium. I tried it a few times.... it definitely is an all-over workout.

Just for the record I may also be mixing up the crab v. bear walk... finding the video would help smile.gif

Time for some humblebragging:

Went out last night with some friends I hadn't seen in a couple of months. One guy commented on how my arms had gotten bigger and that I was bulkier. Later on, a girl said my face looked a lot slimmer than the last time we saw each other.

Body recomposition succesfully accomplished

Surely it can go either way, but when I gained weight and my face filled out a bit more I believe nearly everyone thought I looked better.
