How tall are you? @ 5'10 and a half, 160 was vascular but I also had no mass.

Happier now with 10% bf @ 170. Planning to get to 180 over the next 3-4 months with the accompanying strength gainz.

It's not like I think 160 will look good, but I'd feel better sitting there than where I am right now. It's just one step in the journey smile.gif Will provide a good foundation for bulking. I've already put on some mass since I started, pretty awful to think how little muscle mass I really did have.

Yea a lot of times the young dudes you see who are aesthetic aren't naturally gifted... they just got on the ball w/a plan early as fuck

I'm bulking now (195 -> 210)... my program is on point, my diet is mostly on point, my monitoring system is on point, finally getting some good sleep... this is the year things came together for me

Off-season forever, I just graduated frown.gif

Not bad though, gained 4kg of LBM over 4-5 months. Vertical increased by 1-2", did not test my court sprints.

Wow, I haven't weighed that much since I was 12-13 at that height and I wasn't a fatty either in my life. But I couldn't see myself ever weighing under 190 lbs ever again.

Also while we are at it, gym shorts that aren't shaped like garbage bags like the dri-fits I have now. (just above knee)
