I usually wear short shorts and a v neck to the gym, and do all kinds of mirin to myself in between sets and shit.
Today I wore long pants and a hoodie, and I feel like my workout was 10x better. I think im going to go fully covered all the time, and only wear shorts and a t shirt like once a month to see progress. feel like it might me more rewarding.
