I usually wear short shorts and a v neck to the gym, and do all kinds of mirin to myself in between sets and shit.

Today I wore long pants and a hoodie, and I feel like my workout was 10x better. I think im going to go fully covered all the time, and only wear shorts and a t shirt like once a month to see progress. feel like it might me more rewarding.

but this is the best i can do

My major problem right now is that I have a multiple of goals, not all of which are synergistic. I want to cut from 12% bf down to 7 or so for August. I want to increase endurance. I want to gain muscle mass within my shoulders, and I don't want to gain any more back/leg/chest size. I'll probably just end up doing a cut with lots of cardio, and re-bulk in the fall.

I've been cutting (very badly) for a week and my deadlift at 325x8x2 was so much easier than last week. I don't understand. I've been eating less than 1600 calories a day. Think I might move up 10 lbs next week


Should I get wraps? I tried them once (borrowed) and I really loved the feeling

Shit, I think tonight's the first time I just didn't finish a work out. I've not felt like being at the gym before but always pushed through. I went through my warm up and squats, but my head just wasn't there so I left... feels bad frown.gif
