It's going OK in general, thanks for asking. I just do eight 40yard hill sprints with 60 seconds rest in between, then I walk for 45 minutes each day on the weekend. Conditioning is getting better. I need to learn how to run in cleats though because since getting them I've hurt something every time I went running, but that might just be because running sucks. I had to limp home Tuesday but felt so much better after I took The Stick to my calf and worked it out.

Dont need a system. Grab any container. Half coffee half water. Leave outside for day. Strain. Pour over ice. Enjoy

Sounds good mate! Thats my target too. Hope to be there after my cut. Whats ur bf now?

Aeropress for cold brew:

Invert aeropress, fill with 15g grounds (1 aeropress scoop)
Fill mug with 4oz ice
Pour 1/2c boiled water into inverted aeropress, stir with grinds and let sit for 1:30
Put filter cap on aeropress, flip over, press into ice mug, and voila

Thanks to seriouseats.com. search there for aeropress iced coffee for more deets.

Virus the aeropress is the best coffee maker I've had and Im a full on fanatic. Best 30 you'll spend, promise.

Still sitting at 175lb at just over 6'. I put on some size initially, but haven't seen much change in body comp recently... trying to figure out how to overcome that.

LMK what you find.

I am considering dropping SPBR for the time being as it has helped in my overall strength increase, but like you, I do not see enough of a change in body comp to warrant sticking with it. My bro says my reps are too low based on the program, and I am always hesitant to up the weight week by week as you are not suppose to lift to failure according to IA SPBR routine.

For the most part I reached said goals in terms of the weight I find comfortable moving in my main lifts. Going to #bro it out now perhaps and add on more assistant movements and dedicate Sunday for shoulders. I want to maintain my weight at about 160+, I feel better and do not look as frail. So, I'll be figuring out what to do at this weight until I decide to gain another 10 +/- pounds again.

Nah brah, you can't train the competition lifts often otherwise your body will adapt to them. You have to rotate ME lifts so you can PR everyday, movements like the stiff legged clean (srs) are very important.
The guys sticking point in the clean was obvious the catch and he was just strengthening that with accommodating resistance. Louie Simmons is hilarious, such a crazy man. Only recently realised he has his name tattooed across his stomach. He also no longer trains athletes for the combine because it's too easy for him to be able to reduce an athletes 40 yard dash by 0.2 seconds by having him do box jumps for a few weeks so its just not a challenge.

Hopefully, I can correct that with some time after the cut which I'll probably call an end to in a month or so. Realized I'm not feeling my skinny bitch look. At least I get to start bulking with a leaner/cleaner slate.

Went to Bally's on Wednesday because my membership is still valid and I was too lazy to drive to the garage gym. I usually zone out at the gym and ignore my surroundings, but was stacking 405 DL saw some dudes in the mirror behind me arms crossed, eyes rolling, and snickering. They shut up pretty quick when I repped 5, reracked, and walked away. Not that 405 is huge or anything, but it felt nice to shut up the iso-bros for a bit.
Word I hear ya. I too think its best to cut down and then start from there. Wish I would have done that, but hindsight is 20/20 just gonna continue my bulk till after 4th of July BBQ's

Also pulled 300 for a single today. I know it ain't shit compared to a lot of you, but I feel boss as fuck knowing I struggled with 150 not 4 months ago

Your call bro. Just don't be that guy that gets too fat, tries to shed it too fast and ends up @ square 1.

Can that actually happen? Simply lose a bunch or all your mass through a cut? What's the best way to prevent losing LBM on a cut?
