ding ding ding.

As we should all know by now, muscle doesn't just disappear.

Well it will help with his injuries but as long as he trains smart. You hear a lot of about guys not controlling their fire enough while on and busting shit up real quick. 36 is a good age to go on. I'm assuming he's playing it smart and sticking with ~500mg/wk?

Yea, I felt stupid just typing that up. Seemed pretty much a no-brainer to me.

Just picked up 400lbs of plates and a bar for $200. I think I did okay with that. I can't wait to start lifting man, too bad I'll only be doing dead lifts until I can get a bench and rack. shog[1].gif

Now on to figure out what I'll be doing with this shit and how to eat.

Saying I have god like mobility, stating how sick my lifts are, how intelligent I am and discussing girls i've fucked aren't really humble brags. I basically wrote the same thing as chariy, when your further past what is naturally attainable you're going to have a harder time keeping it, if phil heath goes off how ever many grams of shit he is going to have a harder time keeping his muscle mass then I would running a 6 week 20mg of var a day cycle. You're just too retarded to understand that because you obvs didn't go to a prestigious university and goldman doesn't want you. Fuck sorry humble brag.

So nice lifting at a military gym where there's dudes bigger than me. Insecurities and the desire to "look like that guy" go a long way in increasing intensity during workouts.

How is chariys post any different then mine? You're just being a little bitch because of some dislike of me.

It also helps knowing that those dudes can also clock a pack march in good time and run an RFL quickly as well.

Eliminates the "he's just big but I could smoke him at real life shit" excuses...

But it's ok, I'm probably just being mean because I dislike you...?

So by extensions of that what you're saying is that if phil heath went off cycle and just ate and trained the same way as he did whilst he was on gear (which would be impossible anyway) he could walk around at 300lb fairly lean year round. Chariy states the exact same thing as me. Someone at 275lb lean, which is well past the natural limit will not be able to keep their mass as easily as someone who is 230lb, which could be for some people within their natural limit.

And to clarify, I don't think anything over 500mg/wk is stupid. I just think for a first time user, lower doses are smarter.

Saw two guys come out of the stalls and straight to the exit. *shakes head* Wash your hands!

Anyways, 275 x 2 x 5 again today. Missed Friday workout, and did not go to make-up yesterday. Felt pretty good. Only thing my brother dinged my on is when I am coming up to thrust my hips a little more to straight out that back (sort of when you lean back a little). I squeeze my ass and stay on heals every rep FWIW.

Weighed in at 160 lb and felt pretty good leaving the gym albeit today was more of a mishmash of random exercises.

I didn't say anything about fuji at all. Your posts are just additional shit inside of a largely shitty thread. But let's hammer it home, yours are particularly bad.

No, he doesn't. I'm not sure where the difficulty in comprehension is coming from.

Anyway, what I'm saying is this:

db_ggmm questioned my credibility, which is normally fine- this is the internet and I could be anyone, after all. But questioning my credibility in relation to the freshman e-douche with an inferiority complex? sorry, it just doesn't make sense to me.
