Yea, I'm pretty sure once I hit the two year mark of lifting I'll be at a pretty good place where people will say I have good "genetics" until then I will curse my genetics daily. dat barrel chest and bubble butt

Switched my deadlift training back from sheiko to RPT as my barbie hands can't handle the volume. Squat & bench are going fine with with sheiko tho, should bench 120 in a coupla weeks.

What do you guys do when u get teh munchiez? Just think of something else?

what's genetically inferior about barrel chest and bubble butt?

I have both of these and would prefer it this way than skinny torso and flat ass.

For teh aesthetics I'd say it's a bit worse, but i'm guessing its a lot better for powerlifting, which is your goal.
