Charly: you're still hiring John by curiosity?

Yeah, but then again, it's not uncommon for John's clients to be eating 5-6,000 calories a day, half of it junk, and still maintaining a nice weight/physique once he's got them into "Phase 2."

Yep, still under John. I like him to do all my programming so I don't have to think - just lift smile.gif

This.

I chat with guys that are under John and the eat much more than me like you said, 5-6k (sometimes more)/day, and they're still lean.

I'm on around 4.5k/day, and gaining ever so slowly smile.gif

This has been such a strange week. Was sitting in bed reading the wealth of nations being an academic fuck and I heard some yelling outside. Taxi driver was screaming at some kid who sits next to me in econ calling him a chink. This obviously russled my jimmies even though he's shit at econ so I went downstairs in my underwear and by that time he was hitting the kid so I walked up behind him did dat der rear naked choke, put dem leg hooks in so he fell and did that until he was unconscious. He went limp really fast, like in maybe 10 seconds or something, lolz were had by all. Must have been quite funny, beating up some little chinese kid calling him a chink then a larger/aestheticer asian kid chokes you until your unconscious in his underwear. No pics this time rhet brahs because I didn't get hit at all, but its on CCTV and the little kid wants to press charges and we have the guys license plate so maybe i will get the video

so not all asians know kung fu?

In the middle of CNS prep phase. No carbs for 4 days now, and been doing HIIT. I really need those couple of cups of coffee to kill early morning munchies.

Looking forward to the first carby meal already.

I have always had that bloated gut look (and feel). I envy you dudes who have a flat stomach / defined abdomen

Mine has always been round lol

Should I repost the picture of what I looked like 6 months ago, compared to now?

Toasty, you've probably been given the most advice out of anyone in this thread, follow it, stick to it, don't get impatient and your results will come.

a lot of it is also probably your posture. Draw your hips in, keep your chest and head up.

Do face pulls, utilize the GHR, Do planks and bridges, strengthen your core. If I recall correctly you have an office job right? Your hip flexors are probably shot and you have an APT. With the amount of resources out there you have no excuse brother.

Well my stomach is the best after dropping the kids off

And you are right about the job. I am sitting 6-7 hours a day ugh.

I love face pulls. That stretch in your upper back feels good. No GHR machine/platform at 24 Hours gym but I do pull-throughs now. The best core workout was when I did resistance / weighted like with a medicine ball, or balancing with a fitness ball between my feet.
In the meantime I have told myself to worry less about aesthetics and just keep lifting.

I thought that photo was APK. lol
I only remember seeing Charly in his model physique.

Toasty, besides the fact that haven't done a cut yet, I'd echo Mark and say that it's probably related to posture. APT really does make your belly and ass seem bigger. I had pretty bad APT, spent a good deal of time and got it corrected but after just a week at this office job I'm feeling it coming back again. Sitting down 8+ hours is no joke for your hip flexor and quad tigthness.

Also, great progress Mark. I think you have potential to get big very fast.

I sit a shit ton (programmer) and probably have all possible posture deformations combined. I've started doing face pulls but obviously need to do way more. What's a good alternative for GHR, no eq. at my gym :/

I think it's quit possible that Gettoasty has shittier genetics than me.

Genetics shemetics
I have the shittiest genetics on earth including low-test and I've never used that as an excuse. You can break through any genetic curse, it just takes more time and patience.

Chairy how many calories do you think you were eating daily when you were stick mode?
