Alright, let's just talk about how impressive Daniel Green is..

First he breaks the 242 raw w/ wraps records on May 19th with a 2,160.5 total..

And then less than two months later, this prick (prick in the most envious, praising kind of way), travels to a different hemisphere and decides to break his own record again with a 2,171 total.

Also.. can we talk about how that 843 squat looked like a joke?

Don't forget he also holds the 220's total WR too.

This guy is an animal.

Dan Green is awesome, was he always a powerlifter or came out of something weird like arm wrestling? Guys who writes my diet has Dan Green as a client

What a freak. And just like you, I mean that as a compliment, in the best way possible. Does he post training logs anywhere?

I'm pretty sure he did Oly lifting for a while. I seem to recall his stating that he "was a mediocre 94" with a total around 300kg, I believe. (Which is mediocre by world standards, but hardly anything to scoff at.) But I could be mistaken on that number.

Thanks, I do take that as a compliment in the highest regard. But I don't think I'm anywhere near deserving of it. Give me 5 years and we'll see where I'm at haha

I don't think he has an in depth training log anywhere. I think he updates on JTS a bit but nothing with much detail.

Fuuuuuuck.... clothes, why you no fit me good anymore? Do I have to resort to tanks my whole life? Any suggestions on clothes? Would prefer something over the price tag of rick owens (I do like his style). It isn't that I'm huge by any standards, but my drop makes clothes around my waist flow like a dress. Usually I am a large, but I have to wear some XL's in certain clothes.

Also, need recommendations on for shoes US14/EU47.... Fuck my big feet as well.

Now that I actually know how to eat enough food to sustain some good mass I'm going to start drinking 8 glasses of milk a day on workout days. See where that gets me, I like milk and dont feel like eating anymore protein per meal. My plan for this year is just to get as big as possible. Then next year I'll get ripped.
