90, but I don't think it matters a ton as long as you aren't doing the self-ass-kicking thing that most people do
Edit, oops, thought you meant knee raises... I do a slight knee bend but full extension is best/hardest. Convict conditioning had some pretty decent progressions for leg raises, I gotta re-read through that
