I feel slobby when gaining, but when I'm cutting I just feel plain shitty; headaches, tiredness, irritability. What sucks is that no matter how much I cut I can't ever quite get over that last hump to where I want to be with body fat %.

Fat college girls on winter break have taken over the treadmills at my gym. They look like drug trial gerbils.

same here. a few hotties, but mostly people who are looking to loose the freshman 1500 or got free trial memberships.

I took off the gym i work at for 2 months just so i wouldn't have to deal with the influx of fat annoying people who don't know how to work out.

I started doing front squats about 6 weeks ago because of a pinch below my right shoulder blade that I would feel when lowering my arms after a back squat. I'm relative newbie status, though, approaching a bw front squat.

Regarding fat college girls at the gym, that wouldn't bother me a bit. In fact I'd love to see a few in my gym, which is in my garage. Is that so wrong?

10 more pounds away from 200 at 5' 10. I am happy with myself.

I've started getting muscle pain in my forearms at the origin/insertion points of the muscles since I've been working pretty hard and lifting heavy weight lately. Also started getting right knee pain, might have to stop squats for a while. (Yes I'm moving hips first)

I work out at school. They closed up today and won't reopen until the new year. In other words, today was my last chance to use any treadmill, bike, elliptical, or row machine until the resolutioners give up the last week of January.

There was some fucking dickweed dumping the bar from a foot off the ground when he was failing on his horrific deadlifts. Funny thing was, there were three trainers at the gym working out doing nothing about it, while the one time I set down a PR deadlift a little hard some old hag came running out of the office to chew me out for dropping a weight. Too bad I work there so I can't lip off to these people

The absolute worst place to be sore is the anterior delts. Everywhere else feels good to me, but I can't even raise my arms if I'm sore there.

Anybody working hard enough to drop it a foot off the ground gets some respect from me. You could have helped the guy out if his form was really bad, especially since you work there.

I got a yoga mat for christmas. Ive been doing yoga for 4 months without it which sucks. Situps and leg lifts are dreamy now too.

Resolutioners suck at my gym even worse because my gym is a city run rec center thats cheap as crap and small as hell. I don't mind the fat chicks so much but the old people rehabbing and leaving old people blood on machines is kind of nasty.

There is now a small group of hot ass Russian girls at my gym which is great. They all seem to have bad haircuts though.

Just because you work at a gym doesn't mean you run around giving people advice. Especially if you aren't a trainer, that's a lawsuit waiting to happen.
