Yea same. Except no one who did his workout or ate like him got aesthetic like him. End goal that's the physique I want. My best friend who started me on powerlifting has a physique very similar to his if not better and most of what I do in the gym and lifestyle is really close to what I learned from him.

This is pretty homo, but sorta true.

If we’re going to get real….

The “70sbig ethos” was never what drew people to the site. It was always Justin. The videos and images of him looking strong, thick, solid. That was the dream. We could always delude ourselves into believing that we did what we did because we wanted to become better lifters, or be more manly. But deep down, in places we don’t talk about at parties, it was always about being like Justin.

That was why Brent provided such a delicious juxtaposition in the 70sbig world. Justin was the dream, what we could be. Brent is the reality, what we are.

The content of 70sbig hasn’t changed all that much since Justin left, but we lost the dream. Now it’s harder to avoid the cold reality. We train, we compete, but we’re still fat, still weak, still unaesthetic, reaching goals and milestones that have no meaning in the wider world. We will never be Justin. There was never a chance that we would be.

Don't poptarts have awesome macros, huh? I used them PWO sometimes because its like 40g of carbs for like 3g of fat or something like that.

I want to be 70sbig... All this big talk makes me want to eff the cut and just stack mass all summer.

I bought a massive amount of poptarts during a sale at Target and it's impossible to get sick of them. Red velvet was surprisingly good.

I think part of it is nostalgia. A lot of us grew up on them. But you're Canadian so you wouldn't understand.

I grew up on pop tarts and I never even liked em that much. Toaster strudel's better anyways.

Lol we have poptarts in our glorious socialist igloo but like kc says, toaster strudel and other soft chewy stuff are superior

KD is the best nostalgia food

I'm a fan of the TripleB sandwich.... bacon and brisket between brownies.

Can't eat pop-tarts anymore. My parents bought me a costco-sized case in college, and I got so sick of eating them. To this day the sight of a frosted strawberry will make me gag a little bit.

No, but I've reduced my intake drastically in past months. I also usualy nap a few hours before heading to the gym so a strong cup helps get rid of the groggyness. I don't know what the difference is, but I can pound 2 or 3 low carb monsters with almost no effect.

Just ordered some caffeine pills a few days ago so i can properly regulate my caffeine and start up on EC stack.

I don't even know how people survive outside of America, it's like you're not even living.
