So I'm starting a new program and it's asking for a "Flat Bench Press (super arch/retract)" and wondering just how arched I should be. If there's a video or picture, that would help. I found this video;
Also, what is the purpose of having a super arched back when benching? Isn't it like doing a decline press?
175 this morning, so 13 lbs down. Once I hit 168 I'm gonna factor the Yohimbine back in in the mornings and do some morning cardio before work.
