Fatsecret has a pretty good database of "brand name" nutrition labels if you're trying to add something specific

I mean moreso for random things, like vegetables and chicken breast.

Also, when i'm weighing meat, do I weigh it frozen or unfrozen, cooked, uncooked? So confused.

I use the MFP app on my iphone currently, I am aware of it. Does not really answer my question...

And it just depends which one you select...

Fair enough.

Yeah mfp

I pull conventional with a fairly narrow stance... tonight I tried deadlifting with my toes pointed more outward than usual (like 40deg out vs the usual 25deg). Alternated between sets and felt like the more my toes were pointed out, the stronger I was off the floor (where I'm usually weakest). Not sure why, but guessing it has something to do with my knees being rotated outward more.

Common knowledge. Toes pointed out usually means more power off the ground but hinders lockout and vice versa.

"Despite earning millions of dollars per film, he did not have to worry about the £7.80 one-off gym fee or the £26 it costs an hour to hire out the basketball court - their visit was on the house."

I love how people do this, "Oh you're a millionaire? In that case please use the shit for free" at least get them to make a donation or something.

If one doesn't have issues with locking out (yet), any reason not to pull like this?

Nope. Mess around with your footing and see what you like more.

Does George Clooney even lift? All I can see him doing is sitting on a bench with that stupid ass look he has in every horrible movie he has been in. All the while all the women are swooning over his alphaness. This means that being swole is not the supreme way to alphaness, but money is foo.gif
