Had the same problem. Eventually went to the gym to do some of the suggested band and face pulls and maybe some other light stuff. The pulls felt great.
Then a few guys I train with sometimes walked in and started testing 1RMs and talked me into joining. Failed 205 DL (no lockout) but increased bench from 110 to 115
I'll just go easy on my monday training to compensate.
Why not hit the gym and see how it goes?
