a little more than I thought, but not by much.
I know you referenced using a spreadsheet each day to tally your diet. Still doing that or have you moved to an actual online program? I find I can really zero in on diet when I keep my Fitday updated, but it's kind of a bitch when I'm making something with a ton of ingredients and then only eating portions of it at a time.
Anyway, carb day looked like this:
- Box of Pop-Tarts
- 3 slices deep-dish cheese pizza
- 2 slices thin crust cheese pizza
- 2 pieces of chocolate cake
- Scoop of chocolate ice cream
- 3 gin and tonics
- 3 donuts
Aside from the literal sugar crash I had after the box of Pop-Tarts this morning, I feel great. Looking forward to the return to normalcy tomorrow and making a big dent in the three pounds of shredded chicken I let sit in the slow cooker covered in buffalo sauce yesterday.
