I just follow the typical Leangains method with its calorie and macro breakdowns. There's loads of info in this thread and on the internet about it.

I'd like to try a bodybug. Now that I work at home I don't use much calories during the day, my cut sorta turned into a maintenance. I'm just happy going from 190-215 isn't going to need as much food as it would since I'm inactive most the day.

Getting up at 5:15am 4x weekly for 1.5hour lifting sessions while working 9 hours at a labour job and organizing a small business in my off time. No excuses crew

Getting serious about lifting kinda distorts ones perspective of normal bodily proportions.

I'm fairly content now I've hit the 1000lbs club (skinny manlet and weak compared to most here, I know) and am going to focus on running again. If I can get a little stronger without having to buy a new wardrobe that would be great though.

I'm probably pretty tiny in RHET standards, it's hard for me to have a baseline comparison because all the big dudes at my gym are either chubby bulkers or big-armed curl-bros that stick to the db's and check themselves out all day. Only a few legit "big guys" at my gym that keep their bf in check to some extent.

If I post a photo again I'll probably get shit on for DYEL-mode, maybe I will once I'm done cutting down in a month or two. After that I'm bulking but doing it the right way, not an all out pig-fest like last fall where I gained way too much fat haha.

1.79m, 75kg here. Definitely anorexic compared to y'all.

Although my lack of weight allows me to continue my skinny jean uniform. skinnies + doc martens / creepers all day/night.

Wake up at 11, play angry birds space for an hour, debate whether or not to get out of bed, read a guide for the perplexed for an hour, eat a bagel and lox, read doing capitalism in the innovation economy for an hour, have a j, spend an hour in the gym doing 200 dips because your too scared to see how much you can bench after taking a while off. So many excuses crew.

Only good thing about loosing so much weight from not lifting is I can now do a set of 30 dips fairly easily, did that for a few sets then went up to 20kg for 15.

LOL yea yea but there are some big guys in here, at least throwing up bigger numbers and looking bigger than me. I mean this was me last July:
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Don't think I look a ton bigger than that in an overall photo but I've definitely put on some muscle and am looking similar to that at 15 lbs heavier. Would love to cut down to the same weight as that photo and see how much better I look but I probably will stop within 5 lbs because that's skinny as fuck (5'7" 158 lbs).

EDIT: For the lulz, here is what I looked like a year before that above photo, in full DYEL post-college alcoholic mode:

Whoa, just realized I have the same cell phone as like three years ago crazy

Maybe I can blame genetics for my frame and how I look at my height and weight then. I fit my 44r suit just fine in the shoulders last weekend though it was a pretty loose fit in the body.

What was your shoulder measurement in that pic if you remember? I have 3in on you and you're more lean than I but not by a huge amount. Maybe growing up as a swimmer helped or its all dem Aryan genetics' fault.

Fuck if I know. I wrote em down and have em somewhere but don't know where. I'm Aryan, too, though.
