Check my whack form. Also I tried on like 30 pairs of jeans today at Macy's. Like every major Levi's fit I could find. I think 32x3x 501s are the best I can get, but the waist is too big and the ass is like, crinkly and loose. Siiiiigh.

Tried the peanut butter ice cream with ricotta, got more volume out of it but it's still freezing and getting too icy. Wondering if I'm adding too much milk and that's causing it. Maybe less milk and more cool whip.

GN, I finally bought some spaghetti squash on your rec... Srsly 10g carbs/cup? No more eating 3 pasta noodles because its so calorie dense, now I can gorge and feel good. Baking some at lunch with Alfredo, will report back.

TK, clearly a half hour of foam rolling and mobility work would have prevented you from getting pinned

Still managing incremental strength gains despite hitting an incredibly dyelworthy 166lb this weekend. Im certainly not in PR territory in terms of absolute poundage but my relative strength PRs keep rolling. I'm still going hard on the sodium and I guess yohimbine increases water retention also so it'll be nice to see more abbzzz once I keep that in check.

Conceptionist mentioned this before but I think a lot of people would do well to diet their asses off when starting out... I had never been really lean, and even when I thought I was leaning out a year ago it wasnt even close. Turns out I was more skinny fat than I thought way back and kept trying to bulk on top of that fat. Yeah the typical trainee needs to learn how to eat but I think there's merit in having a trainee learn form and exploit CNS gains when he still doesn't need a calorie surplus to get stronger.

Excited to bump up cals next week as swimming season begins!

I think dieting to start off is a good idea, too....at least from a bodybuilding perspective. You don't realize just how tiny of a dyel phaggot you are until you're 8% BF and realize that you have almost no muscle mass. That's exactly what happened to me a year ago. Made me feel super tiny and skinny and triggered an epic bulk. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Spaghetti squash with Greek yogurt Alfredo was a great success. Its a far cry from the real thing but considering I'm cutting on this stuff it was delightful. Will post recipe tonight~

fuck this internship, it's me and a bunch of grad students wrestling with 2gb datasets basically making sure that when the guy with the doctorate gets their hands on it and presses ctrl+d in stata there'll be no blood on the screen. at least it's a lock for a nice job in the future.

I expect my training to go well since I'm so aggro all the time.
