Never heard of it. Must be some low key russian training template that contains the secret to a big squat lost for generations.

facepalm.gif Why don't we just agree to disagree.

Nice change even though the workouts now take a fair bit longer.
Here's a sheiko log you can check out http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3220779

Edit: here's a front view for deadlift form check http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-zPtG5eVFPA

Grabbed one last week. Thinking of going back for more.

Thanks! besides his log that guy hasn't yet commented on what he thinks of the program unless I've missed that. I'll keep an eye on it for updates. Not a lot of info on sheiko on the web though. The guy who recommended it to said he made a lot of squat and bench progress but that it didn't help his DL much.
Oh well, we'll see.

Is that you on the 405DL? Form looks fine to me.

I got a white flowery one, a blue flowery one and a green with polka dot one. Fat jewish brah said I looked like a raging homo in the blue flowery one. He may be transferring to LSE contingent on him getting a 65% average in his exams so possibly 2 more years of fat jewish brah stories, but an average of 65% is like nearly at intelligent as me so it's a bit unlikely. Deadlift looks like textbook form, looks like you have another 50lb easily.

yaaay potential internship at a private equity firm

Weird, I was talking to my coach about my squat stance a couple hours ago.

He told me to widen my stance as wide as possible in the cage without touching to cage itself for a bit.

So.... looks like my squat form and technique is going to look a lot like Dan Green's soon.. super wide stance, low bar, and with oly shoes icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Got my Kaplan practice exam score up from 55% to 66%, still not that great, though most of the wrong answers were concentrated in the Quant and FI sections I haven't gone over really that well. Week out from the test. Hoping that these Kaplan tests are harder than the real thing, I think they will be because they're more difficult than other practice tests I've taken. I think 66% would be within passing but just barely, hoping to get it up to at least 70% by test day which should happen if I improve these two sections.

These slow cooker ribs turned out amazingggggggggggg, would be even better if I threw em on the bbq with some woodchips and bbq sauce after slow cooking, but I'm too lazy right now. Maybe next time.

PS Not sure if I posted an update here, don't think I did, met with partners of PE firm and they both seemed interested in taking me on as an intern, but a few days later got an email asking about my current compensation. Not sure if I should be getting excited about them considering hiring me instead of an internship but can't think why else they would ask that, if they want me on full time I'm gonna shit myself.

Cutting question for the bros: is it detrimental if I don't hit my caloric target, I.e. I eat less than my target, but still hit my target protein macros?

I would assume no since caloric deficit is the goal but I just want to make sure I'm not overdoing it.

They could be figuring out how much to pay you as an intern though.

They already told me how much they would pay me if I was interning and asked if it would be a problem and I said that it wouldn't be, so I don't think that would be the case unless they're considering a different rate to try to get me to stay there longer, which makes more sense as a hire than an internship. I mean if I was okay with making what they originally offered, why would they just decide to offer me more money for nothing?

Not as long as your lifts aren't suffering and you're not overly tired or anything like that. I usually am 200-500 cals below my target (i.e. in a 700-1000 kcal deficit).
