First year is about getting a first and practicing qualitative and quantitative exams for goldman obviously and I don't really drink. Fat jewish brah decided to come off his gear as his exams started and dt der nolvadex is fucking him up. Have not lifted in like 3 weeks, tail chasing is going well though.

This will blow your mind, but Shakelogy and P90X are partnered together to sell more of each other.

You need change your RHET posting mix. More tail chasing and lifting, less econ. Thx.

The lifting resumes on saturday, excited to go back to maybe a 3 plate squat and 4 plate deadlift.

Since physical therapy is going well i figured i'd give squatting a shot. Did 1 plate for 4x10, stopped at parallell and kept weight mostly on my quads. Felt goodman but challenging. See how injury feels for the next couple days.

Also, saw some DYEL kid trying to figure out how to deadlift. Taught him how and we got talking. Nice kid, in the city for a summer job, really skinny, doing stronglifts. We exchanged emails and i told him that i'd send him some useful information. Besides the /fit/ sticky any useful form tip videos/articles from T-Nipple or whatever?

Why would it turn to shit? I've been pulling sumo because I suck at regular deadlift... confused.gif

Anyone here try grocery shopping on the cheap? I've been dropping the ball and just eating out constantly, want to get in the habit of shopping regularly and cheaply. Right now if I shop I spend probably like $100 a week which I'd like to cut in half.

Was thinking of exploiting the slow cooker so I could buy cheaper meat/chicken/veg, etc. Any opinions on recipes or cheap shopping?

Yeah it sucks. Philly's probably more expensive, though so I'm probably paying more in real terms. I also let wayyyyyyyyyy too much food go bad in my fridge because my kitchen's always dirty so I just eat out instead hahaha. Moving from an apt that had a dishwasher to one that doesn't was a bad idea.

Gonna revive the RHET brahs recipe thread once I start on this shit this weekend. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Buy whole chickens and roast them. 2-3 meals worth of protein right there for about $6-10. Fuck buying boneless skinless chicken breasts them shits are expensive.

Whole chickens can be made a gazillion ways--en cocotte, dry brined, beer-canned. cut up and fried/pan-roasted, etc. Learn to de-bone or butterfly to put on the grill. They look boss as fuck when you serve them too.

You pay $6-10 for one chicken? That's more than just buying an already cooked rotisserie chicken. Breasts are only like $2/lb and I haven't been able to get 3lb of meat off one chicken.
