Also charly, plan on using any diuretics at all?

Only mild ones.

Been loading up on dandelion root already - 3,000mg/day.

Also drinking my usual 1 gallon of green tea a day.

I might have to go to more extreme measures if I get up to 230 and cut to 198's. Or stay around 215 and cut to 181.

Yeah, dandelion root is awesome. I'm pretty sensitive to it...flushes me right out!

Green tea is wonderful...can't imagine going thru a gallon/day though. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Yea, I lucked out because I like green tea. I make it in a gallon jug and then chill it overnight. I'm through it within the first 4 hours of waking. Usually go through about 2-3 gallons of fluids a day.

what pant is the best sweatpant, prefer something with room in the ass for dem squats and either elastic/rib cuff or something slim enough to roll to the knee. i seem to remember uniqlo having something but cant find it now. tired of mesh shorts

http://www.yesstyle.com/en/tomonari-harem-sweat-pants/info.html/pid.1033323519

these look cool but they are something i'd probably wear outside and not to the gym, also no thanks to 55 bux and one-size-fits-all 28" waist lol.

yesstyle will probably not fit you even in its biggest size

marketed for the skinny asians

measurements posted are wrong. bro ordered 7 shirts, none fit and return was not worth it.

Check out Nike.com and even the women's section. Just size up from there.

on the other hand i got two pairs of those neoprene shin skins so whatever size doesn't fit me, someone can cop at cheap

didn't realize you served. We had a couple of guys like this when I did my national service, it was lolworthy when these guys realized that they brought all this shit and weren't allowed to use any of it anywhere as per regulations. Granted, it's much different here, but I guess the wnb-military douche is a global phenomenon.

also just watched moneyball, best part of the movie is the 5 second clip where the economist runs stata code.. i almost cried.

Yeah it was pretty fun overall. We paraded in Norway with the HMKG once. Not Finland but close~

Doing a final refeed before peak week. Shooting for 175g protein, 500g carbs, 30g fats for a cool 3000 cals.

yes, this. i mean if someone's done a few tours and has been in the shit and likes doing crossfit then that's fine, but chances are if they had they wouldn't be buying a molle ruck from rogue.

anything tangentially related to aftermarket "tactical" anything is almost nearly always purchased by douchebags.
Add zombie appocolypse survival gear and you have a multi million dollar company.

Think I might start running hills / pushing a prowler instead of my 45 minute walks. I always sort of ignored it in 5/3/1 but now I'm understanding why it's written into that program specifically. I will have to increase calories to make up for extra workload, no doubt.

Just had chipotle and second bite in there is this long hair that takes some pulling to yank out. Tossed it and proceeded to eat the burrito telling myself I can't throw all this food away. I was already home btw catching the game today. Think this will be my last run to chipotle. Ahould have sent with my initial meal of two double-meat protein burgers and well done fries from in-n-out.

I'd be pissed. I have been dreaming all day about my Chipotle burrito I will have tomorrow. Fucking hate going 0 carbs on weekends.

Wat, just boil water, throw in tea packets, and let sit in the fridge overnight?

Pretty much. About 10 bags will be good for a gallon. I need to get back on this. It helps break up the monotony of drinking lots of water.
