Yea, looked good. I couldn't tell anything that was off from that angle.

Next time, record from a 45 degree angle from the front.

Haven't lifted properly in a few weeks now because of exams. Was completely pain free before, been sitting in a chair at a computer all day at a desk and now im slight lower back, shoulder and trap pain, dat der office job is going to fuck me up. Uni is nice enough to have bought a few hundred $1700 chairs from some ergonomics store in london though, so they're pretty comfy at least.

I know what you mean Fuji.

Got an office job this summer at a company where I used to work a their warehouse. I know the office work is a lot better for my CV, but sitting down in a chair all day with boring coworkers instead of walking around all day carrying stuff with a bunch of crazy old men is not something I'm looking forward to.

Then again, the warehouse work is great only for a couple of weeks. After that it gets very boring, no matter how good it's for you in comparison to any qualified desk job.

Sitting fucking blows. I have a Herman Miller chair and a standing desk next to my regular desk. You fucked either way.

My bench sucks, so take it with a grain of salt but there might be better ways to train lockout. That's where my sticking point was, I used chains bands and slingshot. This will keep you doing full rom.

I try to move around as much as possible during the day, but it doesn't always work out especially when I have all day meetings or attend conferences. I even go to my support's offices rather than have them meet with me in mine, all because I want to be as mobile as possible during the day.

sadly my attempts to get a futon installed in my office have failed

also a fellow lifter tore her cornea the other day, her eye looked awful as hell. Does that shit ever even fully heal, I know lasik flaps never really do but how about trauma?

Water is coming off quick.

Might not even have to do salt baths and saunas.

218.4 -> 209.4 in about 7 days.

About 6 days til weigh in.

Maybe I'll compete in the 181's my next competition smile.gif
