Still jacked in that video though. Yea, full power. It's at the state championships for NC. I'll be going mostly to have fun, put some numbers to my name and make noob mistakes. Then there's a meet in September that I'm taking a bit more seriously.

I guess "nerd" is all relative... I observed a local USPA event. 17yr old kid, roughly my height... competing in 132lb weight class. Pulled 180kg on his last attempt. 3 whites. People were kinda speechless.

Started doing cardio at 4 weeks out since fat loss stalled. Been doing it almost daily this week.

I alternate between 10 minutes of sprints either on a treadmill or outside if it's nice or 30-40 minute low intensity stationary biking. It's controversial if hiit or liss is better for fat loss, so I just do both.

9 days left. Definitely feeling the hangries today. Sub-50g carbs is just miserable, lol. Got a leg day today, too.

Only 5 days, so Saturday to Thursday morning.

Then 24 hr fast and salt baths/saunas.

Then weigh in on Friday morning.

Afterwards a bunch of pedialyte, fruit, greek yogurt, nuts, other healthy foods for about 2 hours.

Then the fun begins with the rest of the day with 10,000+ calories.. with at least 1,000 grams of carbs. Oh, and also going to try to get in 10,000mg+ of sodium.

I'm salt loading right now with 4-5 Gs and its miserable, lol
