Only 5 days, so Saturday to Thursday morning.
Then 24 hr fast and salt baths/saunas.
Then weigh in on Friday morning.
Afterwards a bunch of pedialyte, fruit, greek yogurt, nuts, other healthy foods for about 2 hours.
Then the fun begins with the rest of the day with 10,000+ calories.. with at least 1,000 grams of carbs. Oh, and also going to try to get in 10,000mg+ of sodium.
