Charly, how on earth do you manage to eat 10k+ calories in a day? This has been my biggest binge day ever and give up at 7k, and that's after 10 weeks of dieting and the last week dreaming about this junk food.

Ate a 150g burger with bacon, mayo and cheese
2 pound cheesecake
kebab pizza with bacon
salami pizza
300g xl size cheeseburger with lots of fries
A couple of beers and sodas

Yeah, I noticed that after eating the first meal (burger and huge cheesecake). The vascularity was pretty insane and beyond anything I had during the cut.

Then it all went downhill after the pizzas and the rest, lol. Just too much food to handle for my stomach. Lying in my bed now feeling like shit unable to do anything, haha. Still worth it though

Anyone have experience dealing with elbow tendinitis? I started feeling it when benching, getting progressively worse.

Frustrating that after getting past my serious hip injury, these new little problems are cropping up.

O no its for real dude.

The trainer was a fucking dick too. Gym was small and crowded as hell, and he would have clients in and just leave plates strewn all over the place. I confronted him a few times about it and finally got out of there. Cocksucker trains at my new gym facepalm.gif But they don't play that shit there, he is on good behavior.

None of his clients have got any stronger though. And a lot of them use terrible form under his supervision. He was not as bad as another trainer at the old gym though. Pretty sure that guy was a sex offender.

all this yohimbine HCl talk has me thinking. I'm usually a no supps ever guy since I usually don't care to "pay for progress" but i was placing an Amazon order and I realized the ish was only 15 bucks or so.

read over the BB.com threads and there's a pretty polarized reaction to it but I don't see how bad it could be at low doses. I tolerate stims/caffeine pretty well so hopefully it will go over well... I just hate doing liss cardio Lol.

Haha 10k is nothing. You should've seen me with my 14-15,000 calorie cheat days before. Those were very intense.. especially because I did them EVERY Saturday.

Huge difference.

Elbow sleeves will keep your elbows warm and will ward off tendinitis. I used to have pretty bad tendinitis and it hasn't flared up once while using elbows sleeves to squat and bench.

The top (i.e. the end connecting to tricep) of my right elbow gets a sharp pain when I do any kind of overhead tricep press motion, but is fine when doing kickbacks, bench presses and even overhead press.

Sign of elbow tendonitis, or something else?
