My broscience is that training top end strength enables your CNS to handle 225....soon your nerves will tell you 225 is bitch weight. I pretty much only do top end strength on BB bench (prefer db for hypertrophy). Went from 170lbs for 3 to for 7 over a 5 week period, just by doing a 3-4x5 mesocycle.
Oh man, this cheat day is the best thing in a loong time.
Worked out and then grabbed a 150g bacon, cheese and mayo burger on the grill on the corner. Downed it in 3 bites or so.
Now halfway through a 2 lbs 2200 calorie protein cheesecake with lots of whipped cream and vanilla sauce
Probably gonna sleep in the sun for an hour or two and then eat some pizza
26 days until vball.
Might hit the tanning beds just so I'm not pale to prevent burning.
