Their chocolate syrup is pretty good, not as much a fan of the caramel or pancake syrup.

NIce Chariy, congrats on the PR. Not a leading question but does your back feel okay after fighting for the heavy weights like that?

My broscience is that training top end strength enables your CNS to handle 225....soon your nerves will tell you 225 is bitch weight. I pretty much only do top end strength on BB bench (prefer db for hypertrophy). Went from 170lbs for 3 to for 7 over a 5 week period, just by doing a 3-4x5 mesocycle.

Biked 10 mills from my apartment in the heights to the other side of the city for soccer. Then played a bunch of soccer (pushy as fuck defender ftw). Then was that asshole with a bike on the subway.

Nope, luckily with a black singlet on, it hides any kind of subtle knee rebend if I have them. smile.gif

I've never gotten a red light during any of my deadlifts, ever.

Oh man, this cheat day is the best thing in a loong time.

Worked out and then grabbed a 150g bacon, cheese and mayo burger on the grill on the corner. Downed it in 3 bites or so.

Now halfway through a 2 lbs 2200 calorie protein cheesecake with lots of whipped cream and vanilla sauce drool.gif

Probably gonna sleep in the sun for an hour or two and then eat some pizza icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Took a test dose of 2.5mg YHCL this morning, it's all good, gonna work my way up to 16mg doses in the mornings with 200mg caffeine, followed by two doses 25mg ephedrine/200mg caffeine daily. Should be far enough apart not to cause any problems. Have been seeing pretty good progress so far with fat loss and lifting. The appetite suppressant is working its magic, too, and I have a ton of energy. It's not stressing me out like crazy unlike last time I went on EC which rocks.

26 days until vball. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Might hit the tanning beds just so I'm not pale to prevent burning. foo.gif

So many weirdos in my gym, including myself. One dude is obsessed with ankle mobility, saw him walking into and around the gym backwards because the ankle tracks better that way. WTF
post #28813 of 47810
Reminds me of those dudes who are obsessed with shoulder mobility and internal rotation

Ha, if only I had a before and after shot of my scapula/shoulder/neck position and of my overhead position. I'm over that stuff now though, easier to maintain mobility than to get it. Fixing my hips and knees now.
