Umm... just get the sides and back cut every 3-4 weeks and leave the top untouched until you've get the length you want?

 

I'm never bothered by the hair on top being too long (well, under 5" or so), only when the sides get long and poof out too much.

YHCL's coming in the mail today. Thinking I'm gonna dose it in the morning and then E in the afternoon or something, maybe if I can get my ass out of bed do some morning cardio from now on, too, to maximize effectiveness.

Down 10 lbs. Went off my posture routine back to heavy lifting and haven't lost any strength. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

PS jarude that sludge is awesome, have you tried freezing it to see if it comes out all custardy?

PSS Girlfriend bought me a massage so I went right after the gym and they recommended against deep tissue because of it, is that really a bad thing to do after lifting? I foam roll after lifting every day and thought it was like the same.

Not a bad thing, still helps a lot. But I usually go before the gym or on an off day.

Just so you know, Yohimbine and Creatine can be an issue if taken together or in a close time frame. If you currently take creatine, you should spread out the doses at least 3-5 hours apart. Something about the chemicals interferring with each other.

Any tricks for moving up on flat bench? My shit has been stalled at 10x100/hand on DBs and ~8-10x195 on BB for about a year now. Pretty much everything else has moved up.

Well you're doing 10 reps. That's not the best way to increase strength.
