PS jarude that sludge is awesome, have you tried freezing it to see if it comes out all custardy?
PSS Girlfriend bought me a massage so I went right after the gym and they recommended against deep tissue because of it, is that really a bad thing to do after lifting? I foam roll after lifting every day and thought it was like the same.
