It's not that bad-- just cover vegetables in cheese sauce or garlic butter, after cooking them in bacon fat. Also, avocado/guac is good for calorie dense vegetable.

2,250 and 45/10/45.. only for 5 days though so I guess it's not TOO bad

Damn, he has me at that breakdown for the time being, I also meant 50/40/10 and not 60, I will say brussel sprouts and chicken thighs are a god send...

10*4 = 40 cals
45*4=180 cals
