Hah, good find. I have a much clearer direction in life now so it's all good.
Have you tried forefoot strike running? Less impact on the knees and heels and more efficient running technique overall.
I don't jog / run at all. I think cardio is so damn boring and and hard to justify doing when its results are so hard to track, so I got to have some kind of "goal" or "mission" for the cardio. Only do half an hour to an hour of light walks around the city running errands on my rest days.
