Thanks for putting it in perspective, but from last summer to end of Dec. I took a break FWIW and did not move up.
I only got a bit more serious end of Jan. 2013.
I want your old body Charly, TBH though I understand you probably bulked a ton then cut to get so shredded. Something must have happened though because just as fast you dumped your old body and got freaking bigger and stronger.
For the record, it is known my diet is pretty crummy as it roller coasters a lot in terms of calorie intake. I go back to lurking now, back to your normal scheduled programming.
Also took this photo specifically to see if I made any progress/change in body shape and proportion. Lower body more "developed" than upper to my eye. Since, it is so well documented in here I going to post this and revisit at a later time.
