Interesting video. Mark Belle and Jesse Burdick tear into people deadlifting with a rounded lumbar spine.

will watch, thanks

Mark Bell is also looking jacked as fuck. I like how he mentions diet via carb nite and stuff but never mentions the gear he cycles. Everyone I know who had an elite total (and didn't use gear) that tried carb nite did loose a lot of fat but also lost strength and recovery.

In an out take from bigger faster stronger when the 3 brothers go to get there blood work done they get asked to write down, which gear they have used. He's admitted to using dat der before.

Just did an awkward, aesthetic burberry model came over and was asking me about my lifting and wants me to go to a gym with her in south kensington on sunday (she not on dat der poverty time), said it might be a bit awkward because i'll need to bring all my shit to lift in and I doubt her gym will like me throwing chalk everywhere. Asked what I need to wear to lift, showed her my knee wraps. Asked me to put them on, straining hard as fuck getting them tight, do a hench fart as I'm tieing them up.

This.

One rep max calculators are just guidelines to give you for what you might want to shoot for when you attempt one.

But never claim your 1RM to be something that you've never lifted just because a calculator told you.

So in short.. "lifting."

You can't believe how many times someone has told me their 1RM is blah blah blah.. and I ask "in the gym or a meet" and they tell me.. "oh, I mean my 3RM/5RM/10RM/etc is ____ but a calculator says my 1RM is ____."

Brb claiming 250kg dead and 200kg squat because my 10rm is juicy as fuck

Word, I kind of thought those calculators where kind of lame, but I input my information into one and it told me i'm highly under performing. What the fuck. I mean maybe, but hit me in the motivation.

Been lifting for 2 months and the heaviest i'vel lifted thus far

Squat: 160
Bench: 155
DL: 170

5'10, 180 lbs.

So then those are the 1RM's at the moment if that's the heaviest you've gone.

I realize this, i'm just saying that all these online calculators I input my info to, tell me that I should be lifting more.
A lot of beginners are significantly stronger for reps then they are for there 1rm because they are not used to the movements meaning small increases in weight result in there form breaking down and there CNS has not been trained to be able to provide maximal strength for a single rep.

Cutting update:

Scale weight hasn't changed at all the last month or so, but I look a bit more cut, some facial changes and I feel a lot skinnier in clothes. Gonna break the cut on my birthday, the 7th May with the biggest cheat day ever. Have already checked out all the best pizza / burger joints in town and daydream about the huge amount of junk I will eat drool.gif

Anyway, estimation of bf %? Bear in mind that I don't hold much muscle mass for my height. 175 lbs at 6'3.

Good lightning & not flexing
