P.S. I just lost my 3rd pair of lifting gloves, feel so stupid about this.
I get those same dizzy spells and feelings if I push myself too hard (especially after a lot of cardio) and then go straight to the sauna. I found I need a bit more of a rest than I used to to really make sure I get my heart rate back down to a comfortable resting level more smoothly.
Re: Losing your 3rd pair of gloves... I once lost three locks at the gym within about a 10 day period. Talk about feeling stupid! lol
