Random health and exercise thoughts - Page 1860

Sadly I remember Pizza Hut wings being pretty good too. But I feel guilty now putting that shiz in my body.

The worst wings I've ever had were at a fancy fake foodie place. NYC has had a lot of new restaurants pop up that are heavy on the decor and light on cuisine in the last few years. The wings had no fucking sauce on them. Just some light "healthy" spices. And they were dirt dry. Some questions are better left unanswered.

*EDIT* Cluck-U was my shit in college!!!! They had great sauces and they didn't mess up the meat. I don't see them anymore

That's crazy, I live for stuff like Chipotle and Pizza. Not sure if that counts as restaurant. I dont like going out to restaurants though, takes too long.

Cluck-U had good wings, but haven't been there in years... plus I'm on the wrong coast now.

gotta love the sauces at BWW - 75 selections and only 5 of them don't taste like absolute shit.

Cycling gear is so weather + personal preference dependent. For a relaxed spring ride though you should be good with some chino shorts and ~2 layers (t shirt and *maybe* a sweatshirt)

After a shitty lifting week last week and having hovered around 190lbs for the last couple of months I've decided to start eating. I feel pumped already.
