Absolutely sickening day in the gym. Probably my all time best workout sesh.
My oly lifting bro decided to buy 100kg of bumper plates for the gym, which was sick. Spent an hour doing light as fuck cleans with an eleiko bar, bumpers and a platform as well as some sickening wide grip front raises to overhead because I can't snatch for shit. Quite scary dropping weight from overhead though. Cleans felt much faster with the bumper plates and a nice bar and it didn't knock me back when i caught it, which was nice. Only did 80kg.
Went 3x5x160kg on box squats, which is pretty good I think, squat dropped off massively last month because I wasn't eating much and I was going out too much. Then went onto deads and went 140kgx10, 150kgx10, 160kgx10, 165kgx10, 170kgx10. Guessing I can hit 205-210ish for 1.
During the 160kg set this happened. How do I stop this from happening? Obviously my legs are where the gnurling is and even with sweatpants it still happens.
did not notice, gym trainer freaked out at me and got really mad because I got blood everywhere and then told me I need to keep the bar further away from me and not pull with such a wide stance because I'm going to crush my feet. He was having some fat middle aged women try to do snatch pulls though so he was blatantly a retard. Then I proceeded to do it for 2 more sets and he was russled. They got there first aid kit out and sterilised it
I miss knucks telling me what a retard I am, how shit my form is and how bad my programming and diet are, it was such a good feel.
