Also, I'm not sure how any single guy can not at least try to have an interest in cooking. The days of most women being able to cook are a relic. A lot of girls from our generation don't or can't cook, and are subsequently wow'ed when they meet a guy who has even passable knowledge of his way around the kitchen.

As someone who 5/6yrs ago used Yohimbine HCL for a 3+ month span along with proper diet, timing (it's best used with a high protein meal) and HIIT, I will say that you are wrong. I was well above 15% body fat at the time and it melted away ton of fat, I was actually kind of freaked out at how fast it worked. I also happened to have some major side effects that forced me to stop, but I will tell you that it will work well for MOST people if you're 10% or bigger. Just use caution when doing so...

I am one of those unlucky individuals who just so happens to be that 1% that will be effected by the worse side effects a drug, medication or whatever I take might have. Besides the never ending jitters, nervousness, insomnia, depression and panic attacks, I also was dizzy a lot and was constantly thirsty no matter how much water I drank. I could see that, it's funny some substances will effect some, but not others. Some prescription pain meds do nothing for me, but then I'll take a simple thing like Tylenol and BOOM, pain is gone...

I like to cook, but not every fucking day. I have been doing a primarily liquid diet (~400g a day of a whey isolate + maltodextrin mix) for about a week now to no ill effects. I honestly don't remember what dosage I was taking, I did buy the powder, weighed it out and then mixed it with water and drank it though. A body builder friend had originally suggested it to me and gave me instructions on how/when to take it as well as the proper dosage.

Just got a tenner of amazon vouchers. What should I buy? I usually just buy lighters whenever i get vouchers, but I want something more fun. I remember back in the day when you used to be able to buy a shit tonne of trenbolone for $40 on amazon. Would always come up with like "people who bought this also purchased 20x24 gauge needles"
