local corporate gym chain is hiring part-time trainers, providing the "qualification" free of charge. considering doing it on the side for the lulz (5)

My core routine is planks + side planks + this back and forth motion where you put alternate sides of your hips on the floor + TRX side-crunches.

Currently up to 3 x 1 Min of the planks and 3x15 (each side) on both side-motions.

Finally getting into a good leg routine and working around my injury. Machine Hack Squats + Stiff Legged Deadlifts + Leg Press + Calf raises.

Went for a baked run yesterday. 2.54 miles in 28:33. No shame at all on the time, though now i have 2 gnarly blisters on my arches.

Holy fuck walking hurts so much today.

Single-side stuff actually aggravates my injury. Unbalanced loading is how i hurt myself in the first place.

Sup plank and running brah. Doing a front/side/side/front plank circuit for 1min also so I might try that motion you're talking about. Also did 5k in 30 mins a couple days ago and I had aggressive doms everywhere frown.gif

Held an L sit for 15 seconds from a pull up bar and I can still manage 12 pull ups at 195lb. Abs were looking pretty sickening whilst I was doing pull ups. Not shredded, but they're there, which considering im 195lb im happy with.

You'll have your clients doing barbell curls standing on a bosu ball and doing 50 forms of ab crunches in no time!

TFW you squat almost 400 pounds one day, and the next day your ass and legs are so sore that the idea of bearing your own bodyweight seems an impossibility.

Why not do L-sit pull-ups combined? And then go Beast-Mode^2 by holding a dumbbell in your ankles while doing L-sit pull-ups?

Weighted L-sit pull-ups or dragon flags are great for efficiency; get some pulling, upper-back, and ab work all at the same time! teacha.gif
