I want to post every fb conversation I have with the fat jewish boy im trying to help get shredded, but theres too many. He's asking me how to program wrist curls and how he's not willing to track calories.

Guy could probably break the bench press world record if he had working legs. He put up 705lb recently, but the videos a bit shit, could potentially even break it without working legs. Be a bit shit for mendy and spoto if a guy who can't arch or get leg drive breaks there record without wraps or a belt. Also he probably had to pass a drug test for the Paralympics. He's inevitably not natural anyway, but having to pass a test still makes it harder.

Any non ADD rhet brahs taken ritalin before? I know you americans love taking class A drugs to study, but we don't really have that culture in the UK, but I am a pioneer.

Why are you controlling the weight so much on the descent? Does your gym have a rule against dropping plates?

Flame there's no real powerlifting gyms around you? If anything they could help you with your form, i think you could do a lot more!
