Lol there's a few of my fb friends who are aware. If nothing else it provides the lulz when my unaware friends and family respond

Why am I trying to help this fat cunt loose weight? How did he even manage to get into university of michigan

the ephedrine/caffeine should keep my metabolism high with 500 cals though...

so your now planning on cutting on 500 calories a day

would that not work well?

I cant actually tell if your serious
because that is absolutely retarded
good luck with your muscle wastage and minimal fat loss

why?
im sticking with the 1500 or so

If your body is only getting 500 cals a day it thinks it is starving
like your in a famine or something
your body already does not want to loose fat
it is not good for evolutionary purposes
it is going to want to hold onto what minimal fat it has when your giving it so few calories because it thinks it is dieing
resulting in your metabolism fucking dieing

but wouldnt the caffeine and ephedrine counteract that?

no
a small bit of caffeine and a weak stimulant cannot counter act the fact your body thinks your dieing

ok
alright ill ttyl, gonna stick with my 1500 cals
ill let u know how my workout goes

ok good

Obviously he is the first message.

IA's program is great. If you want to hear about it, either visit his personal site or read about it here, on a fashion forum. It is discussed in those two locations of the internet and no where else.

Whatever's more comfortable...just make sure you keep the same degree of bend throughout the movement so that you're not accidentally curling the weight with your biceps. I bend my elbows approx 30 degrees or so

On the other hand, I was able to make a snatch for 95kg (90% of my all time PR) first time since wrist sprain the other month. No wraps on the wrists either nest.gif Adding a few kg per week pretty steady during recovery, hopefully get back to 100% in May.

Plus, my technique is quite improved, as I've been hammering some small points during recovery process, especially third pull. Lock out on snatch is still iffy; aside from wrist, the shoulders are still kinda weak from not taking anything heavy overhead for 2 months.

How does albuterol compare to clen in terms of fat burning/cutting effectiveness? Shorter half life but less risks, can't find anything really definitive.

Also, aside from the bitching from jarude about how his face looks like a raisin, nobody really explained how safe beds are just for a moderate tan. Opinions?

Does not help, a "significant increase in risk" means nothing if the absolute level of risk is minimal.

For example, the world wide incident rates for malignant melanoma are 15.8 per 100,000 in the US for men. If tanning in a bed "significantly increases the risk" by doubling, that's still just like 30 out of 100,000, or a 1/10,000 chance.

you don't accept qualitative anecdotal evidence from someone saying "dont fuck with tanning" and then you also don't accept certain quantitative scientific evidence on the basis that its irrelevant. either go tanning or don't; everyone knows its one of those "bad things that you shouldn't do" so i dont see how determining the exact level of risk would have any impact on your decision outside of "how long do i tan for and what do i grease myself up with."

also mr IIFYM-til-i-die insisting on how the concept of "eating healthy" is stupid and cannot be quantified while asking for the precise level of risk involved with a tanning bed foo.gif

Nobody really showed how it's "one of those 'bad things that you shouldn't do"" we all already knew comparative risk goes up but that says nothing about how safe or dangerous it is. Also appealing to popularity on this is stupid, instead of posting on RHET shouldn't you be eating right now to stoke your metabolic fire brah?

this is good to hear. I'd fathom a wrist injury pretty efficiently prevents doing a lot of things in our sport, so it's definitely good that you managed to improve your technique while coming back.
