Haha. I was 25% on those standing scale ones. I called my friend over to have him test it out because he's like 5'7 220lbs and jacked, it said 25% for him too.

My scale says anywhere between 8% and 17% on a day to day basis lol

I was so pumped for my work out today but then I remembered I had to donate blood... Goddamn

Used one of those hand scanners and made it read 4.6% when I was realistically sitting around 10-11% at the time. How much water you're hanging onto will make it fluctuate like crazy.

Thanks man. It is similar but the one I am referring to actually can enter your own numbers and it will breakdown the sets, rep, and weight for each week and the amount to move up.

Going to up my intensity tonight and try for 3x5 bench @ 175 and maybe a 1 rep max of 185.

Gettoasty you're asking for 5/3/1.

I am on SPBR

I warm up with 135 for 1-2 sets of 5-10 reps then do my working set of 3x5. I added the max rep just to pump myself up.
Never did 5/3/1 before
I'm gonna try to lift for as long as possible without knowing what SPBR is. I've made it this far.

Isn't it like 10, 8, 5 reps x 3 sets with increasing weights? Yeah I probably should.
It would be like

45x10
95lbx5
135x3
155x2

or something like that.
