Random health and exercise thoughts - Page 1823
I'm firing on all cylinders right now. *Just* enough volume to where my joints can handle it. Diet is on point. Motivation is on point. Routine is finalized. Only missing link for me right now is SLEEP. Someone upstairs is runnign an AirBnB so we will have quiet for weeks, and then weeks of river dance up to 1 AM. I have frightened so many foreigners at the wee hours of the morning I have lost count. Im only in this shit hole till the end of may though so I'm Swayze

But they're elongated and slim in the body without being tight around the waist and hips. And the chest, shoulders, and sleeves are snug. Perfecttttttt~
So there's a dull ache in my lower back, probably from deadlifts and backsquats. It's not too severe where I have limited mobility or anything but I do feel it whenever I run or bend over. My deadlift form doesn't have any problems as far as I know of, I stay on my heels, pull backwards, and keep the bar as close to my leg as possible so idk. Any suggestions?
