I think ima start dat der cell tech in september. Would do now, but don't want fatty mode over summer, I can see it fucking with my exams and it'll be awkward having to plan summer shit around pinning, brb at glastonburry or something trying to inject my glute in a shitty tent. I have solid lifts now as well as a pretty decent beard (will post pics to see if beard if ready for dat der) and I think I know how to train.

Bacon looking jacket, I have that flatness too, don't really care. Would rather have broad shoulders and aesthetic wide pec insertions then unaesthetic fridge mode.

Don't really have to worry about looking bloated as long as you got you AI in order and are only running a mild cycle. Nolva on deck for emergencies.

When people fail to meet their goals it's usually one of these things:

1. Diet
2. Intensity
3. Consistency
4. Technique
5. Program
6. Mindset/motivation

Or the most common cause of stalling:
7. A combination of 1-6

Only after you address 1-7 should you start looking at things like test levels, thyroid issues, "genetics", and whatever else people like to blame their problems on.

Diet, check.

Intensity, check, double check, triple check, more intensity in my lifts than all you motherfuckers.

Consistency, check, haven't missed a session in god knows how long.

Technique, check my shit is beautiful.

Program, check, elite level powerlifters helping me out on my programming.

Mindset/motivation, check, compare yourself to the best, there is only one winner and a bunch of losers.

Time start pinning so y'all can mire me even moar.

I stayed at the Sheraton the last time I was in San Juan. Unfortunately, it was during Hurricane Irene and the hotel lost power, so I never made it to the gym. I've stayed at the Caribe Hilton a couple times but it was before I'd gotten back into lifting and fitness.

I'm curious to see how my 175lbs from November pictures will compare with my 175lbs in June'ish. That's assuming that going up to 190lb then back down to 175lbs will leave me leaner in the end. I did it controlled with a 1lb a week then -1lb a week.

I dont have that 1d look that toasty has, i look twice as big from the side as the front, which looks shit. Biggest goal is to attain huge delts and arms and have that look where they still bulge through a big t-shirt. That looks pretty awesome on a narrow frame IMO, see picture for reference. Probably need to be 300lbs+ lean to get them that big, should be attainable if i lift heavy and take a multi.
