i suppose that'll depend more on your pain tolerance. at the very least, you can stretch and do low-impact cardio until you're given the green light to hit it hard.

I'm stalling a bit on 165 @ 3x5 bench. Still at about 152 or so last time on weighed myself (wtf Jackie chan meme)

I have no aesthetics and the talk of incidents is chilling.

Edit:
Once you get form and mobility down you should be squatting and DL better. I am still trying to correct my squat @ 155 lb. but my DL last week was a 235 lb.

Knees sort of felt weird during squats while 2 days later on DL it was fine. Ymmv

Happy easter RHET brahs, I was doing super squats today (backwards hack squats) and after a sickening drop set of 4 plates per side, 3 then 2 for 10 reps per set I noticed that my sweat formed jesus's face on the pad of the hack squat. Obviously this means I am in fact jesus and I have risen out of the bottom of a deep as fuck 415lb hack squat. I suppose the plates are circular so you could say they represent the bolder that rolled away (I was doing a drop set so they fell off the machine) to let jesus out of the hacksquat.





Also got some sickening reps with 405lb on sumo deads and tore the shit out of my shins and knee caps.



only 3 plates on the bar because that was after 315 for 3x10. Left some blood on the bar so the next guy using it for bench or something can do dat der holy communion with it.

Obviously they guy with 19" calves has to post them after my 13" beasts, feels bad man. I can't even use the excuse of saying I train them and they don't respond, I just really can't be fucked to train them. Takes fairly long to do them, it's boring and it's physically painful. Suppose I could get like a step and do them at home or something, don't have the motivation to do them in the gym .
