How lean do you think you're now? Could be lost water weight, no?

The look of 13-10% bf will vary a lot between people with different amounts of muscle mass. My abs are hardly visible at 13 while I still have strains in my delts, and some guys can have a full six pack at 14%.

Just started a partial test weight cut. "Basically" a 24 fast (don't ask for specific details please).

Hopefully I can take off 8-10 pounds in the next 24 hours.

commercial gyms man. had some braheim tell me that im deadlifting wrong while doing snatch pulls.

also feel guilty as shit as even after stripping every classic lift and variation from my program to allow for training where there's no platform still means I'm basically hogging a barbell and a squat rack for 1.5 hrs straight. which can be problematic if there's like 4 bars total.

still, maybe it's not my problem the facility is underequipped.

Dude makes his own MRP shakes, consumes ~90% of his calories in liquid form. I honestly wish I could do this, low key cooking and eating for every single meal blows.

On a related note, I'm undergoing jaw surgery in the first week of April and will be on a liquid diet for the next couple of weeks. I'm hoping to keep my calories at maintenance levels using a combination of mass gainer and whey isolate.

Anyone ever done something similar or have any experience with this? No clue how long I'll be out of the gym so really hoping for minimal lean muscle loss.

Im fairly sure i had already lost most of the water weight and bloat by the time i started cutting. I have lost this 8lb over 4 weeks, strength hasn't been affected except deadlifts slightly. I've got no signs of definition or vascularity on my whole body unless im under good lighting. I guess you don't actually notice yourself getting leaner until the 12-13% area because in the high teens your just losing fat to uncover more fat.

I hold a barbell and rack at my gym for 2 hours on leg day twice a week. We have 2 barbells and 2 racks. Maximise private utility brah.

I worked out something similar once as I have to look forward to a similar surgery some day, albeit with a much longer downtime from eating. Basically, a great blender and lots of milk products will be your salvation. Oatmeal, fruits, etc. Not gonna be fun and you'll definitely thin out. Of course, you could take it as an opportunity to get ripped...

Keep cutting Stinger. I dont know how long you have been cutting but you should take like 2 weeks off and eat regular... let the hormones reset + the glycogen stores refill.... and then start cutting again. Prob got another 10-15lbs to aesthetics


Practicing swimming has been paying off. Technique isn't perfect... I'm using my legs way too much and getting super winded... but I can front crawl + breathe for 15 yards. Just gonna keep at it and hopefully learn to tread water. I think I have to start eating more too. Shit burns calories, weight and gains have stalled a little.

Can't see shit. More important than cutting you should start pseudo-cutting(tan). Will make a hyooge difference.

Created a new twist on sludge. Bought a tub of cookies N cream whey. Did 2 scoops of that shit, 2 tbsp of creamy PB, a healthy glob of nonflavored Greek Yogurt, and a splash of water and mixed it up. Done immediately...no need to freeze. Tastes EXACTLY like cookie dough, except it's like 500 cals and 60ish grams of protein.
