I throw in shoulder movements every day. Arnold press and front raise on chest day, face pull and reverse pec dec on back day, overhead press and lateral raises on leg day.

Gym im using at Cambridge has an eleiko bar. Doesn't feel any different to me, obviously it's a bit better then the really shit bars, but it doesn't feel any better then the normal ones. I always just grab the narrowest bar there is, hate using thick as fuck bars, especially for squats.

Grabbed a BodyBugg off Ebay earlier today. Very much looking forward to getting rid of all the guesswork. Hopefully it'll help me shed the last pounds in the coming month.

Good progress.

Do some national service physical profiency test today, while still bulking.

Standing Broad Jump: 2.55m (2.28m 5 years ago!)
Pullups: 12
Shuttle-run: 9.8s - was a bitch though, keep slipping had to re-take
Sit-ups under 1 min: 45
2.4km run: 9:25mins

Not bad.

week 2 - 5x115, 5x125, 5x130
week 3 - 3x135, 2x5x125
week 4 - 5x130, 2x5x135

Shooting to hit 3x5x140 on Monday when it's bench time again. Come at me rhet bros.

Deads and squats are still low while I fix hip mobility and form issues.

Kind of concerned that i have lost about 8-9lbs and dont look any leaner. Just feel slightly smaller all over, but still fat. If i dont see a major difference in the next 10lb loss then i will kind of run out of room to keep cutting as i will be way too skinny at sub 180. I was working on the assumption of being 200 @ 20% when i started which i thought was pretty generous, surley i can't have been like 25% lol wtf.
