Gym im using at Cambridge has an eleiko bar. Doesn't feel any different to me, obviously it's a bit better then the really shit bars, but it doesn't feel any better then the normal ones. I always just grab the narrowest bar there is, hate using thick as fuck bars, especially for squats.
Kind of concerned that i have lost about 8-9lbs and dont look any leaner. Just feel slightly smaller all over, but still fat. If i dont see a major difference in the next 10lb loss then i will kind of run out of room to keep cutting as i will be way too skinny at sub 180. I was working on the assumption of being 200 @ 20% when i started which i thought was pretty generous, surley i can't have been like 25% lol wtf.
