great minds? your a fuckin grade A dumbass if you tear a quad and are not able to A) diagnose the area or injury and B) build a rehab then prehab program around it. I'm 6'3, 180 lbs, 41 chest, 31 waist at its narrowest, 22 thighs atm. I've always had broad shoulders and a pretty narrow waist. Only problem now is that my arms don't grow much in comparison to lower body.

I look just about the same but bloated and without any definition.

I gained a lot of size in my waist, glutes and thighs during my bulk, but very little in the upper body. Don't know why since all lifts, incl. upper body, went up. My chin ups went down though so that might explain I gained more fat than muscle.

Mark I misread your post and thought you were talking about bronkaid not pure ephedrine but I can look around in the sketchy Dominican pharmacies that stock lots of weird off brand stuff

I'm talking about anything that contains ephedrine. I went to various pharmacies, corporate and mom and pop, big and small throughout Queens, BK and The City, and every pharmacist has told me that Bronkaid, generic or brand name has been discontinued indefinitely, and the existing stock has been pulled off the shelf. This only happened in the last 1-2 months apparently.

If you know any place that still has stock lemme know.

Only lifts I know coldsnaps posted is a 300lb deadlift for 7 reps so will just post a video of my 15 rep deadlift set with 315 tomorrow for my assistance movement.

Well, I didn't start benching until mid fall last year and I haven't been able to back squat due to poor mobility and muscle imbalances. I think that has hindered my progress quite a bit. However, bench press has increased steadily since and my mobility is good now so when I'll start lean bulking again, I'll probably get decent results.

 

Will be studying in Hong Kong this upcoming fall and have no idea of the gym on campus or food and cooking options. I suspect I will live off cheap eggs, chicken and rice and I'll bring a shitload of whey and casein and eat that all day in order to hit my macros.
