What do I do with my traps and shoulder blades when I do dips. Do I need to keep my traps down or is it ok to let them shrug? Shit week for lifting, I haven't eaten proper food or really trained, attempted a weight I should have been able to hit for a triple on the squat and got pinned on 1 rep. On the other hand I did pull a girl who modeled for burberry so it's not all that bad.
