My mate who competes in bodybuilding posted some back pics. How is it possible to look this big at 170lb 5'10"

Because he's lean as fuck. If I was that lean at 170 I'd probably look the same.

I've talked about fixing my pelvic tilt before but I'm just really worried that if I move to a prog that focuses solely on that that I'll lose a ton of strength. Gonna throw in my bw posture workout on off-days to see if that helps a bit. Probably my only postural issue that I have right now.

Mirin waist genetics. Even at my leanest last year I was at 30". Would kill for a 28" waist.

Outside of the two hours you compete, no you wouldn't. It's a bitch finding ANYTHING that fits. Everything is too baggy, and the tailor fees get to be absurd. I'm happy I'm up near 30-32, I look way better.

5'10 170 is probably the equivalent of being 6'2 200+ shredded.

I had a 28" waist once, had no abs though, probably wouldnt be able to get that small again since lower back + abs will have developed somewhat. Actually i wonder if i will have abs when i get leaner, i'm not one of those ectos that looks really lean i have no definition whatsoever and never did.


Edit: also been taking melatonin for a week now. At first i thought it was a miracle supp, got to sleep really fast and had the right amount of energy during the day. Since then i seem to have been waking quite a lot at night and not really getting to sleep that fast either.

Any brahs have experience with stopping addiction? I wouldn't say it's an addiction, but it's a pretty heavy reliance and it's making me very unhappy.
