Bought a Magic Bullet blender thing. Gonna make so many protein smoothies and veggie/nutrient filled goodness. Pretty excited.
I use a belt so I can move more weight and squat more safely, I use knee sleeves so theres last chance of hurting my knees, I use oly shoes because they put my in a better position to squat in.
I use to wear a belt when I neared 300lb front squats. I always liked belts on front squats and overhead press because my midsection is more secure when Incan push out against it with my gut.
I ordered a knee sleeve b/c I tweaked my left one and now it gets easily agitated when I put any kind of pressure on it. And I'm too much of a goddamned hard-head to just stay out of the gym for a week or two till it's better.
Wrist wraps - I use them for going super-heavy on shrugs or dumbbell military press.
